- Within 24 Hours: No refund will be provided.

- Free rescheduling if requested at least 12 hours in advance.
- A rescheduling fee may apply for requests within 12 hours.
3. Missed Appointments
No refund for missed appointments without prior notice.
4. Clinic-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel your appointment, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
